Our vision for the landscape is closely aligned with the ambition set out in MDC’s emerging Design Code for the Gresham area. Creating a high quality, accessible public space within the new mixed-use development that improves connectivity and creates new links to the town centre and university with strong emphasis on sustainability. 

This will impact positively on people’s mental health and well-being whilst catering for biodiversity by creating new habitats for wildlife as integral components of the landscape.
