Welcome
Welcome to our consultation about our proposals to redevelop a key gateway site in Gresham. This website provides a summary of the proposed development and includes the infomation used at the consultation event on 17th July 2024.

This represents the first stage of engagement with local residents – our commitment is to continue engagement with you over the course of this exciting redevelopment proposal to keep you updated and listen to your feedback.
The final detail of the development is still being prepared, and will be informed by the outcome of this consultation event. The area which will be subject to planning application(s) is broadly the area between Garnet Street and Borough Road, and between Diamond Road and Linthorpe Road. This will be developed over a series of phases – our plans focus on our proposals for the first phase, we also welcome your views on what you would like to see on the remaining area of the site.
